Commercial Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Sales Specialist to grow our SME/TPE client base, promote digital solutions, and build strong relationships. The role involves B2B prospecting, field sales, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new SME/TPE clients through calls, visits, and networking.
• Promote and sell digital and business solutions, delivering product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and expand a strong customer portfolio, following up with prospects and existing clients.
• Participate in commercial events and business development activities.
• Capture customer needs and feedback for the technical team.
• Keep accurate sales information in the CRM and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial activities.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales.
