Delivery Leader – Government Consulting (Cameroon)

About the role

Delivery Associates is seeking a Delivery Leader to join its consulting team in Cameroon. You will work directly with government officials and partners to design, test, and implement policies that improve public services, with a particular focus on health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior government leaders, partners, and experts to co‑create evidence‑based policy solutions.
• Collect and analyse data to identify bottlenecks and generate actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities with client teams.
• Design, sequence, and drive the implementation of prioritized reforms aligned with national strategies.
• Monitor progress, evaluate results, and adjust approaches to ensure measurable impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering consulting projects in the public sector, preferably in health.
• Strong ability to build trust‑based relationships with government officials and multi‑stakeholder teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for senior‑level audiences.
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable, and results‑oriented work.
