Immigration Sales Representative (Commission Only)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Immigration Sales Representative to join our team on a commission‑only basis. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, assess their immigration needs, and promote our specialised immigration services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand immigration goals and recommend suitable solutions.
• Present and sell immigration services, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration policies, visa categories, and procedural changes.
• Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and the immigration team to facilitate smooth application processing.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve any concerns throughout the immigration journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years (or up to 5 years) experience as an immigration consultant or in a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, work permits, study permits, permanent residency and citizenship applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail when preparing applications and reviewing documents.
