About the role
The Senior Tax and Legal Consultant will provide expert advice on corporate, indirect and employment‑related tax matters, prepare and review tax returns, contracts and legal documents, and support company formation, governance and restructuring initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on corporate, indirect and employment‑related tax issues.
- Prepare and review tax returns, contracts and legal documents.
- Identify and manage tax negotiations.
- Advise on company formation, governance and restructuring.
- Manage client assignments and supervise junior consultants.
- Contribute to client proposals and business development.
Required profile
- Master’s degree.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent analytical, advisory and client‑management skills.
