Partner Acquisition & Activation Officer

About the role

Join ApplyBoard as a Partner Acquisition & Activation Officer and help accelerate growth by recruiting and onboarding high‑potential recruitment partners. You will act as a brand ambassador, driving partner sign‑ups and ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Promote ApplyBoard’s platform to potential recruitment partners and enhance brand awareness.
• Generate new partner sign‑ups through proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify the needs of partners, building strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Conduct market research to locate local international student agents and agencies.
• Lead onboarding sessions, provide training and ongoing support to ensure partners can use the platform efficiently.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and report activity, leads and status to the Sales Manager using Salesforce.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills to convey ApplyBoard’s value proposition clearly.
• Competitive, relationship‑focused mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem‑solving capability to navigate ambiguous situations while maintaining integrity.
• Experience with educational consultants or post‑secondary institutions is a plus.
