Regional Manager – Restaurant Merchant & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to lead our Restaurant Merchant & Delivery operations across several cities in Cameroon. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving margins and strengthening partnerships with mid‑market restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business growth across multiple cities by ensuring high performance of mid‑market restaurant partners.
• Act as the primary liaison between city teams, the Country Manager and functional departments, advocating for city‑specific needs.
• Analyze performance data, extract insights and implement action plans to boost merchant success.
• Negotiate and review restaurant contracts, including commission rates and campaign plans, on a monthly basis.
• Forecast growth and monitor achievement of business objectives in the mid‑market segment.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Operations, Customer Service and Courier teams to deliver strong results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, business development or account management with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Highly proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build business cases.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills in a matrix environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing merchant or partner relationships.
• Fluency in English and French.
