Remote Full-Time Sales Agent – Language Training

About the role

Berlitz Canada is seeking a proactive, full‑time Sales Agent to work remotely from Latin America. You will promote Berlitz language‑training solutions to Canadian customers through virtual consultations and warm calls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct warm calls and Zoom consultations with 10‑12 prospective Canadian customers daily.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations using in‑depth product knowledge.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report results to management.
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or video after consultations.
• Record all sales activities in Salesforce and keep customer data up to date.
• Generate invoices through the company POS system.
• Schedule appointments using Calendly, Outlook Calendar, or similar tools.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory) and located in Latin America.
• Proficient French is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, sales, and business‑level email writing.
• Available full‑time (40 hours/week, Tuesday‑Saturday).
• University bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active PayPal account.
• Reliable internet (≥6 Mbps upload, ≥10 Mbps download), webcam (≥480 p), and 8 GB RAM.

What we offer

• Base salary of CAD 1,100 per month plus uncapped commissions.
