Senior Client Accountant

About the role

The Senior Client Accountant will support a portfolio of Irish incorporated SPVs, delivering accurate bookkeeping and management accounts. Working within the Corporate Solutions department in Ebene, Mauritius, you will ensure compliance with IFRS, Companies Act and other relevant GAAP standards while providing day‑to‑day financial reporting for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and annual reports in accordance with IFRS, Companies Act and applicable GAAP.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual management accounts and coordinate timely delivery with the Ireland client services team.
• Provide ongoing financial reporting services, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities on accounting matters.
• Maintain systematic accounting records and manage a portfolio of entities.
• Assist with ad‑hoc assignments and explore new responsibilities as needed.
