Senior Manager, Sales Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will lead the integration of Sales Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Delivery and Customer Success Management to optimise end‑to‑end sales execution for enterprise customers. This role drives the design of customer solutions, ensures reliable implementation and promotes sustained adoption and value realization across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to strengthen sales execution and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Coach, mentor and manage direct reports, ensuring high motivation and achievement of performance objectives.
• Oversee staff development, recruitment, onboarding and attrition management.
• Set departmental structure, goals and objectives; monitor progress and maintain motivation.
• Provide advisory governance on best practices, participate in strategic and operational meetings, and report on process performance.
• Identify and mitigate key risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, approve operational changes and resolve escalations impacting service delivery or customer success.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales operations or related functions.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with suppliers and third‑party partners.
• Demonstrated experience in governance, risk mitigation and budget management.
