Senior PSEAH Associate (G-7) – Yaoundé

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior PSEAH Associate (G‑7) to lead the prevention, coordination and response to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH) in Cameroon. Reporting to the Chief of Mission, the incumbent will work closely with regional and global PSEAH units and serve as a key member of the inter‑agency PSEA Network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operational PSEAH work plan aligned with IOM and UN frameworks.
• Integrate PSEAH considerations into the Country Office strategy, crisis response plans and risk registers.
• Coordinate with donors, develop PSEAH programming and ensure mainstreaming in proposals, budgeting and M&E.
• Support the inter‑agency PSEA Network in Cameroon, contributing to collective work plans, risk management and community‑based complaint mechanisms.
• Collect, analyse and report PSEAH data while respecting IOM data‑protection standards.
• Conduct assessments to identify SEAH risks and embed mitigation measures across programmes.
• Develop and deliver PSEAH training for staff and partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in PSEAH coordination, prevention or response within humanitarian or development settings.
• Strong knowledge of UN and IOM PSEAH policies, standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with inter‑agency partners and donors.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
