The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Manager to lead the Northwest Orthopedic clinical team. This position oversees daily clinical operations, supports staff, and ensures high‑quality patient care within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise clinical staff in the Northwest Orthopedic unit.
• Oversee daily service delivery and workflow to maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAMS policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support patient care initiatives.

Required profile

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Ability to work onsite at the Northwest Orthopedic location.
